New Energy Vehicle Electronics Manufacturing Technology Seminar

Recently, the 2025 New Energy Vehicle Electronics Manufacturing Technology Seminar was successfully held in Shenzhen. More than 200 industry experts and business representatives from all over the country attended the conference. The Shenzhen 龙脉智能(LoongSmart) technical team was invited to attend and delivered a keynote speech entitled Intelligent Manufacturing Empowering the Production of Battery Management Systems for New Energy Vehicles.

During the speech, our technical director detailed the company's innovative practices in the field of battery management system (BMS) manufacturing for new energy vehicles. As a core component of new energy vehicles, BMS has extremely high requirements for manufacturing accuracy and reliability. By introducing intelligent Feeder systems and vision inspection technology, we have achieved high-precision mounting of BMS circuit boards, and the yield rate has increased to more than 99.8%.

During the conference, we also demonstrated a smart production line solution customized for a well-known new energy vehicle company. This solution integrates functions such as automatic feeding, precision placement, online testing, and intelligent sorting, realizing full automation of BMS production. After customers use it, production efficiency is increased by 40%, and labor costs are reduced by 60%.
