How long is the delivery lead time for customized equipment?

Delivery cycles depend on project complexity. Standard equipment renovation projects usually take 2-4 weeks; specialized equipment of moderate complexity 30-60 days; large automated production lines 60-120 days; and new technology development projects may take 3-6 months. We will provide a detailed project schedule after the plan is confirmed and report the project progress to you regularly.

The price of customized services mainly includes: design and development expenses, material procurement costs, processing and manufacturing expenses, standard parts procurement, electrical control systems, software development, installation and debugging, training services, etc. We will provide a detailed quotation list based on your specific needs to ensure that the price is transparent and reasonable. Generally speaking, simple equipment costs tens of thousands of yuan, and complex production lines may cost hundreds of thousands to millions.

Very welcome! We have a modern production base of 30000 square meters in Bao 'an, Shenzhen, equipped with complete processing equipment and testing facilities. You can make an appointment to visit our production workshop, R & D center and prototype showroom. For customized projects, we can first make functional prototypes or conduct small-batch trial production to verify the feasibility of the process before mass production to reduce your investment risk.

During the implementation of the project: 1) Full communication and confirmation will be made during the design stage;2) Mid-term acceptance by customers will be accepted during the production process;3) Comprehensive testing will be carried out before leaving the factory;4) On-site installation and debugging until the acceptance standards are met. If the delivered equipment fails to fully meet the technical indicators agreed in the contract, we will continue to optimize and improve until it reaches the standard. If the requirements are still not met after improvement, we will bear corresponding responsibilities strictly in accordance with the terms of the contract.
